At KeyNinja, we use SLACK as our medium of communication, we require all Ninjas to download SLACK beforehand.
Step 1) Download Slack for iOS
The Slack app for iOS lets you collaborate with your team even when you’re away from your desk. Download the app to access your channels and direct messages, and get mobile notifications on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.
Step 2) Download the Slack app
Find Slack in the App Store.
Tap Get to download.
Tap Open from the App Store, or tap the Slack icon on your device.
Step 3) Sign into your workspace
Once you’ve installed the Slack app, you can sign in to KeyNinja workspace.

The Slack app for Android lets you collaborate with your team when you can’t be at your desk. Download the app to access your channels and direct messages, and get mobile notifications on your device.
Step 2) Download the Slack app
Find Slack in the Google Play store.
Tap Install
Tap the Slack icon to launch the app.
Step 3) Sign into your workspace
Once you’ve installed the Slack app, you can sign in to KeyNinja workspace.
Important note:
<aside> 💡 While on shift, please inform KN support team whether you're unable to be responsive on SLACK. It's very important to be cautious about road safety during your commute, as replying to messages while on the road is illegal and unsafe for others as well.

<aside> 💡 For further assistance, tag the group @ knsupport in SLACK to communicate. Please avoid tagging individual users as they are not always on shift.
